^ HOW TO PREPARE FOR A READING ^~ Please ensure you are in a quiet space free from any distractions or disturbances, especially for a Full Reading.
I recommend either meditation or some intentional breathwork to get you ready to receive the reading fully and to help keep you grounded.~ I don't recommend my reading to take place if you are in a sensitive state of mind. Your health comes first, and we can always reschedule!~ Being nervous before a reading is common! Please feel free to let me know if you are feeling as such. I don't mind helping people through it by reassuring you that it is a safe space free of judgment!~ If you are coming into a reading seeking answers for someone else, please understand that I will only be reading you and what is around you. I do not read others if they aren't present or haven't given me their consent.

When coming into a session please understand that I am tapping into your energy. I will feel, see and bring to light what comes forth with honesty and respect for you. I will try my best to offer the messages that I receive from my guides and yours. Though, I ask that you keep an open mind to the process, as this can help me help you.However, it is important to understand that my sessions aren't replacements for therapy, nor will they dictate your destiny.
